Adam Mabbott – Vice President Operations

Adam Mabbott came to TerraWest in 2008 as a Junior Project Manager, and now as the VP of Operations is responsible for the operational health of TerraWest.  Adam is passionate about developing the TerraWest brand and providing the highest quality service and product to our clients.  He believes that consistent project execution and exceeding our clients expectations will continue to affect positive growth in the company, thereby providing more rewarding and productive careers and lifestyles to our team.  Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is closing in on 20 years working in the environmental consulting industry.  A classic over thinker, you’ll find his office walls and windows covered in half-baked ideas related to TerraWest brand messaging, lessons learned, and leadership training.  There is the occasional eye-roll from staff, but we know they secretly love it.  When not working on TerraWest Adam can be found at the gym, reading in a quiet corner, exploring the beach with his 2 young boys, or indulging that Type-A personality in some good old fashioned Tupperware drawer organization.
