Kari Marks – Administration Manager

A successful operational team cannot function effectively without strong and dedicated administrative support. Kari Marks is responsible for managing the TerraWest Administrative team and for continuously improving our HR foundation as our staff numbers grow and the company expands. Kari holds a Master of Science degree alongside several decades of administrative and human resource credentials in both the private and public sectors.  With extensive international experience and a caring heart for humans, animals and our natural environment, Kari is known for bringing a professional balance that supports both the employee and the employer while maintaining true to our company values.  When not in the office you will find Kari volunteering, playing drums with her Alt-Punk friends (hilariously offensive and ironic band name deliberately withheld), or fulfilling her family’s lifelong dream of building their cabin in the woods.
